Three Ways To Complete your Creel Survey and Enter the Monthly Drawing:

1. Complete the On-line survey form on this page.
2. STOP at the creel station when it is OPEN to report fishing activities. Creel clerks will give you an entry form to fill out.
3. When creel station is CLOSED: (no clerk on duty). STOP at either creel station and fill out a voluntary creel form, write your name, phone and address on back of creel form and place in designated drop box. This will act as your entry form. 

Creel station locations: behind the Nixon store on HWY 446 and on Highway 445 exiting Pyramid Lake, at the closed down store.

REMEMBER: ALL anglers, whether successful or not, are required to report fishing activity.

Here are the rules and regulations for the Creel drawing: 

• Giving away 9 annual fishing permits, in the form of an exemption letter from the Tribal Chairperson.
• Drawing will be at the end of each month for the duration of the fishing season.
• Anglers who report their fishing activity are eligible.
• Exempt letters act as fishing permit, need to keep letter on them at all times while fishing.
• Letter will last 1 year from the date they receive their letter
• We will send winner’s info to appropriate party and they will send letter via mail, to the winners.
• Anglers who do not report fishing activity and only place contact info on back of creel form will be ineligible.
• No limit on how many times you can enter as long as you report fishing activity for the day.
